Membership is open to any enterprise and organization committed to balancing social, economic, and environmental (i.e. triple bottom line) values in a way that allows them to contribute to the well being of present and future communities. Government entities and other relevant organizations are also encouraged to join.
The Alliance is a channel to provide accurate, relevant information to the business community and the general public about a company’s services, products, practices, and related sustainability efforts. Members will be at different stages of involvement in sustainable businesses, but all who apply should be able to describe their current sustainability activities and pledge their commitment to triple bottom line values. This information will be compiled in a searchable online profile.
Nonprofit Organizations & Government Agencies
Civic, nonprofit, and/or government entities are encouraged to strengthen and participate in the Alliance by becoming members. Like businesses, they may select the level that is appropriate to their size and commitment to fostering greater sustainability.
A variety of membership levels are available to meet your needs. Businesses are encouraged to select the level appropriate to their size. Benefits vary by membership level.

Regular membership demonstrates an interest in exploring the opportunities offered by a community of sustainable enterprises in Chicago. In addition to annual dues, a one-time online profile set-up fee of $150 is required for Regular Members. This fee covers costs associated with establishing an online profile. Associates will not receive an online profile and are exempt from this fee. |
